Menicon is Japan’s largest contact lens manufacturer. We were asked to help increase brand awareness and product knowledge for both consumer and trade audiences. Essentially, to empower the retail team to have more conversations about contact lenses, leading to more people trialling them.
We created a dynamic training programme, using fun characters to take them through the information effortlessly. This was delivered as a digital showpad, which staff could complete in their own time. And to give the front-of-house team information at their fingertips, we also created a series of catchy prompt cards. The training needed to be delivered at volume, without 1-2-1 or in-person training, and be suitable for global language and cultural translation.
The popularity of the assets resulted in several requests for translations and interest from key customers. Engagement from all stakeholders was strong, leading to organic growth of the project which Halo responded to, producing additional offerings with professionalism and passion.
