We were approached to create a new brand identity for Hypnos’ sustainable range, Origins Organic. Steeped in traditional craftsmanship and organic farming, the brand needed to exude natural elegance and do justice to almost 120 years of bedmaking heritage. The rebrand required a full suite of point-of-sale materials to promote the range across 50 stores nationwide. With fierce competition, the focus was on creating visually impressive assets that told the brand story clearly and powerfully.


We took inspiration from organic farming to create a refined and natural brand identity, using beautiful photography to tell the Origins Organic story. We also created an authentic tone of voice and wrote rich, meaningful copy and key messaging. To align with the brand ethos, we chose natural and sustainable materials for the POS, including natural inks printed directly onto plywood, wooden totems and sustainable cotton canvases. For maximum brand impact, we also designed store merchandising plans to best position the beds and displays.


There was so much more to this project than creating beautiful visuals. We managed the whole production of the POS, sourcing makers and working closely with them to ensure they delivered on the vision. This meant the final result was of extremely high quality, with an attention to detail that sets brilliant POS apart. Additionally, to ensure Hypnos could get their POS in as many stores as possible, it was designed using a modular approach, allowing it to be scaled for small, intimate stores through to large retailers.
