Brief

KINTO needed a user centred redesign of their Autobid system that would allow orders, upselling and monitoring of leases to be managed effectively. This required UX designs, responsive HTML and CSS development.

APPROACH

We developed a heightened user experience through a closed client management system. The new portal allows fleet managers to select vehicles based on what’s important to them and get it ordered and delivered in a few clicks. Every new screen was built inline with the KINTO brand and tone of voice, and careful management of the integration transition was given for a smooth rollout. Making the portal mobile-friendly was essential, as users are often out of the office. The mobile experience is well-signposted, visually clear and the data is still easy to access.

IMPACT

Kinto reported on a successful rollout with seamless integration of the design and UX. All continuing to be evaluated in 2023.
