Brief

Isle of Wight property developer, Captiva, needed a good-looking, high-performing website that would showcase their extensive property portfolio clearly and impactfully. The website needed to integrate seamlessly with their Microsoft 360 platform.

APPROACH

We created a WordPress website that automatically integrates with Microsoft 360. This allows for all property information, including imagery, floorplans, pricing and live availability to be pulled through, updating the status of a property to sold, reserved or still available. As soon as a property is sold it’s automatically removed from the website. Conversely, all enquiries from the website are pulled through to the CRM, giving Captiva a single system to manage their properties and their leads.

For lead generation, we send all enquiries directly into Microsoft Dynamics, automatically tagging which development and property they’re interested in so that they’re assigned to the relevant sales team.

With a stunning portfolio of developments, not to mention the idyllic locale of the Isle of Wight, the website needed to be beautiful, impactful and bold. We designed it to have large imagery and video that filled the screen to give a very visually engaging experience.

IMPACT

By introducing one place to manage their property details and buyer enquiries, Captiva have seen a reduction in admin time and boost in productivity. Additionally, they’ve seen an increase in direct property enquiries.
