Brief

We were tasked with creating a website that reflected the Fermoie in-store experience, presenting their products as beautifully as a real-life showroom. They also needed digital transformation of their backend system, including global customers paying in different currencies, the ability to process phone and showroom orders, manage trade accounts and produce detailed financial reporting.

APPROACH

We approached this large project in three key phases. The first was to create a new website; the second was the back-end reporting system; and finally, agile sprints for updates and improvements as needed. We created an all-in-one WordPress website which beautifully balances the idyllic showroom front-end for trade and consumer clients, including a hard-working, integrated back-end system for end-to-end business management.

IMPACT

The new website and back-end system empowers Fermoie to better support its customers through an improved user experience and real-time reporting. It’s brought a tactile quality to the online experience, and has increased sales by inspiring customers through colour, light, texture and a sublime user experience.
