Say hey to Hayley, our third Spotlight star!
As our standout Graphic Designer, this superwoman brings positive, can-do vibes every day, creating beautiful design without ever breaking a sweat. Her experience in videography sees her splice and dice top tier video content, bringing our clients’ brands to life like never before. We cornered her to find out a little bit more about what makes her tick.
Tell us something unusual about yourself.
Hmm, I don’t think I look the type to own two little chihuahuas!
Cur-ute! What did you want to be when you grew up?
I’ve always gone through a mix of things. I didn’t know I wanted to be a designer until I was about 20. I really liked Geography at school ‒ so maybe down that path!
If you could banish one thing into space, what would it be?
Rude, horrible people. See yaaaaa.
With you on that! If you were cast away to a desert island, what three things would you take?
Hmm. Music (maybe an old-school iPod; the battery lasts forever!), a sudoku book and a big jar of peanut butter.
Crunchy or smooth?
Smooth!
Like a baby! If the world was ending tomorrow, what would you do today?
I’d definitely be leaving the washing up. I’d probably do a lot of stuff I’m too scared to do now. Skydiving, ziplining ‒ all that adrenaline-induced stuff. Then I’d end the day with some nice food and drinks with friends and fam.
And if you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Really tough to pick just one! I think removing the ability to hate would solve a lot. Live and let live. Who cares?!

The transparent culture ‒ everyone is valued and invested in. We’re all as passionate as each other to succeed, and it’s really great to feel so supported every day.
