We bounded into January with some pretty firm New Year’s Resolutions, which we’re already fulfilling with gusto!

Alongside our team’s individual goals, we’re set to make big strides in 2024, for our people, our business and our community. If you missed them on social media, here they are in all their shiny glory…

#1 Get to know Southbourne highstreet

“We absolutely love our new location, and have been busy exploring the cafes, bars and shops. But there’s plenty more to discover, and we’re excited to get to know the community better over the coming year. We were lucky enough to meet a few local faces at our office warming party, and hope to throw another Halo hangout soon!” Georgie Street-Cash, Digital Marketing Manager

#2 Partner with more impact-driven organisations

“Last year, we partnered with some fantastic impact-driven organisations, including  UK for UNHCR, The Brain Charity and Alabaré. This year, we’ve already brought on a new international partner, and would love to continue this winning streak with even more inspirational partnerships.”  Nick Bain, Director

#3 Champion Team Wellbeing

“Whilst we do a lot to nurture our team, we can always do more, which is why we’re taking team wellbeing even further this year. Family days, beach walks and a fab social calendar are just some of the ways we’ll be boosting their happy vibes, showing them that they’re amazing human beings, not worker bees!” Jess Bain, Director

#4 Quality first

“It’s simple: we want to work with partners who value excellence, and nothing less. We don’t want to be all things to all people and have hundreds of clients. We’d rather have a select number of partners that we produce beautiful and impactful work for. So, this year we’ll be focusing on what we’re good at and smashing it every time.” Claire Ibbott, Account Director

#5 Give back

“For Halo, 2024 is the year for giving back to the community we love. From volunteer days, beach cleans and charity partnerships to fostering the next generation of creatives, strategists and marketers, we’re excited to make meaningful contributions to Southbourne and beyond, and we can’t wait to get stuck in!” Beth Havard-Hussain, Office Coordinator

Suffice to say we’ve got our work cut out for the year, but that’s just the way we like it! If you’ve set a goal to supercharge your business in 2024, get in touch today.
