Launched in Spring 2024, UK holiday park brand Meadow Bay Villages set out to redefine UK holidays and holiday home ownership with standout locations, unforgettable experiences and a serious investment in quality.

Meadow Bay Villages needed a smart PPC strategy to supercharge holiday bookings. The goal? Fill both peak and off-peak availability, lower the cost per booking and expand their reach across the UK.

To get the best return, we shifted our bidding strategy to focus on conversion value ‒ not just volume. Seasonal trends shaped how we spread the budget across the year, scaling back during quieter months and pushing harder in January to ride the peak. We tightened up keywords and audience targeting and layered on high-performing awareness campaigns to bring in fresh eyes ‒ helping us turn interest into bookings, fast.
