Brief
Following the sell-out success of Meadow Bay Villages’ 2024 summer season, the challenge for 2025 was clear: go bigger, go bolder and elevate Meadow Bay Villages to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the UK’s leading holiday park brands.
With revitalised parks at Billing Aquadrome and Hayling Island – including new premium caravans, glamping options and an expanded entertainment line-up – our brief was to shift perceptions, build national awareness and drive direct bookings.
This wasn’t just about selling holidays. It was about transforming how audiences see Meadow Bay Villages – from a well-loved local favourite to a credible, exciting challenger in the UK travel and leisure market.
APPROACH
In a competitive market, true differentiation comes from emotional connection. To stand out, Meadow Bay Villages needed to own a space that families could feel — one rooted in freedom, fun and quality time together.
STRATEGY
Our strategy started with audience insight. Families told us they craved space, adventure and authentic connection – experiences that felt natural, not manufactured.
So instead of simply competing on price, we positioned Meadow Bay Villages as the family-first, nature-led alternative to mass-market holiday parks.

A joyful twist on the Beatles’ classic, it encapsulates the spirit of carefree summer holidays – vibrant, warm and irresistibly upbeat.
Through bold visuals, playful typography and energetic storytelling, we brought the brand to life across every channel – from 48-sheets and bus backs to YouTube pre-rolls and dynamic digital creative.
A bespoke AI-generated soundtrack gave the campaign its own sonic identity, ensuring the brand stood out not only visually, but audibly, across all touchpoints.

To maximise reach, frequency and performance, we activated a complete channel mix:
+ Out of Home: 48-sheets, 6-sheets and bus backs across high-traffic family locations
+ Digital: Programmatic display, PPC and YouTube campaigns delivering precision targeting and retargeting
+ Social: Paid and organic content featuring real families and authentic user-generated moments
+ Audio & Radio: Regional radio partnerships and a custom AI soundtrack to enhance recall
+ Onsite & CRM: Bespoke landing pages, dynamic content and always-on email to nurture high-intent audiences.
OPTIMISATION
Performance was continuously monitored in real time, enabling agile creative and budget optimisation. We scaled top-performing content, refined targeting and reallocated spend dynamically – ensuring every pound delivered maximum return.
IMPACT
The results spoke for themselves.
Despite removing one of their main booking partners – and the associated 20% commission fees – Meadow Bay Villages achieved record-breaking results, proving the power and profitability of their direct booking model.
