We’ve been named number 32 in Campaign Magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work 2025!

We’ve been officially recognised as one of Campaign Magazine’s Best Places to Work 2025, and we couldn’t be happier!
Campaign’s annual list shines a spotlight on the top 100 workplaces across the creative industry – those that go the extra mile to create cultures where people can do their best work and thrive.
Teaming up with the Workforce Research Group, they took a deep dive into how we do things ‒ from our policies and perks to the way we support our people day-to-day. But the real magic came from our team. We all filled out an anonymous survey that gave everyone a chance to have their say, which makes this win all the more sweeter.
After being recognised by The Sunday Times last year, we’re absolutely buzzing to have made this list too; we’ve put a whole lot of heart into creating a shared culture that everyone can feel proud of. We’ve always believed that when people feel happy, supported and inspired, brilliant work naturally follows. Our clear set of values and behaviours are just one example of our unique approach, and it’s these principles, and the people who bring them to life, that make our culture what it is.
