We’ve been listed in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024!

This prestigious accolade recognises companies that put their employees’ happiness and wellbeing first ‒ it’s about how they’re treated, how they feel and whether they feel part of the family.

The great thing is, the award requires you to be ranked by your own workforce, making the recognition all the more poignant.

The team were asked to individually answer 35 questions in six key areas: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, instilling pride and job satisfaction. A highly engaged workplace must perform well across the board, and we made the grade!

Creating a happy and engaged team is something we feel very passionate about. For us, it’s all about empowering people to thrive personally and professionally, allowing them to strike an ideal work/life balance that feels right for each individual.

It’s also about creating a wholesome and supportive environment where everyone feels valued. Recognising people’s achievements, supporting them in their development, strengthening relationships and creating a culture of open communication are just some of the ways we achieve this.

It means we’re able to attract and retain the very best people because they want and deserve to work in a company that values and looks after them.

The great thing about creating a happy team is that the sky’s the limit ‒ and we’re eager to constantly evolve. We’ll be looking out for new and exciting ways we can increase happiness, listening to our team and understanding best practices to ensure every single person thrives.

Grab a copy of the Sunday Times this Sunday to see where we rank!
