In just a matter of weeks we’ve brought on three new people, and they’re amazing. Meet Kris, Rosa and Felix…

Felix, Junior Copywriter

Hi Felix! So, what first attracted you to becoming a copywriter?
I’ve always loved writing and storytelling in all of its forms: books, film, TV – you name it. And at the heart of copywriting is always a good story. So when I learnt what a copywriter role was in the marketing world, I knew it was something I’d fit right into! Plus I loved the idea of writing creatively for a whole host of brands and businesses.

Tell us something unusual about yourself.
I was the number one tennis player in Dorset many, many years ago! That never happened again and probably never will!

What are your first impressions of Halo?
Warm, welcoming agency with a great atmosphere! And I wasn’t wrong. I love the fact that Halo is a culture focused agency that thrives on a people-first approach. And with a swanky new office and heaps of free biscuits, I knew Halo was the one!

Kris, Account Executive

Hey Kris! What was it about Halo that caught your eye?
I was drawn to Halo because they provide excellent opportunities for career growth and skill development. As a uni graduate, I was looking for somewhere I could challenge myself, learn new things, and build a career whilst also having fun at the same time. Halo ticked all the right boxes.

Describe your perfect day.
It would be going to an AFC Bournemouth game in the day (and hopefully winning), followed by going to the pub in the evening with my mates and playing some pool.

You’re being banished to a desert island – what one luxury do you take?
I would have to bring my phone – not knowing the latest football scores would drive me mad!

Rosa, Account Executive

Hello! What attracted you to becoming an Account Exec?
After finishing uni I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I have always wanted to do marketing and the role of account exec really stood out to me as it gave me an opportunity to learn and experience working with a range of different clients.

What do you like doing when you’re not being brilliant in the office?
In my spare time I go to yoga classes. I also love spending time with my friends and in the summer I like to go paddleboarding with them.

Name your favourite movie and your favourite actor.
My favourite movie is Just Go With It and my favourite actor is Adam Sandler, so anything with him in I love!

We’re bringing in new people all the time, so keep your peepers peeled for more fresh faces in the very near future! If you’d like to become part of our ever-expanding team, check out our career opportunities here!
