Looking to kick-start your career in the creative industry? We offer work experience placements at our award-winning, full-service marketing agency right in the heart of Southbourne.
Whether you’re into design, copywriting or account management, this is your chance to get hands-on with real client work, learn from an experienced (and very friendly) team and see what agency life is really like.

Sixth Form / College Work Experience
If you’re thinking of a career in marketing and want to get firsthand experience of agency life, this is for you.
Sixth Form / College Key Dates and Info:
- Applications open: 1st September 2025
- Applications close: 31st October 2025
- We’ll hold interviews in November.
- You must specify whether you’re applying for a creative (design or copywriting) or client services placement.
- We only offer 1 week placements to year 12 and 13 students (no year 10 or 11 applications, sorry!).
- We accept 2 creative and 2 client services placements per academic year.
- If you land a placement elsewhere, please drop us an email to let us know (we won’t be offended!).

University Summer Placement
Our university summer placement (10-12 weeks) offers one student the chance to join our client services team and experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency.
University Summer Placement Key Dates and Info:
- Applications open: 1st September 2025
- Applications close: 30th November 2025
- We’ll hold interviews in January 2026.
- This placement is client services only.
- We only offer 1 university summer placement each year.
