We’re looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal person will be confident and established in defining, creating, optimising and reporting on paid digital campaigns. With a keen eye for numbers, you’ll be strategic and analytical matched with an approachable and positive mindset. Working on several key accounts, you’ll have direct client contact, be proactive in suggesting ideas to improve performance and be happy presenting in pitch or meeting situations.

You’ll have experience and detailed knowledge of multiple digital platforms including Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Google Analytics, and GA4. Experience with Marketing Automation and data dashboard creation would be advantageous.

You’ll work in partnership with Client Services, Copywriting, Creative, Development and Strategy – and truly feel part of a team of experts.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the PPC strategic approach across key client accounts, covering Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing
  • Overhauling inherited PPC accounts to improve performance
  • Create new PPC strategies in line with client objectives from scratch
  • Propose budgets, spend to achieve objectives and drive growth
  • Effective delivery of day-to-day campaigns
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, keeping them up to date on the progress and results of completed campaigns
  • Support the process of creating formulated marketing plans
  • Creating, maintaining and optimising various paid online advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Assistance and monitoring social media strategy and implementation

Skills and experience

  • A passion for PPC with a data-led approach.
  • 2 + years’ experience in PPC (ideally, within an agency environment) with proven experience in delivering paid campaigns
  • Experience across the board in all paid platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Remarketing and Display.
  • Have an analytical approach with excellent data-led reporting skills.
  • Be confident and familiar with GA4 tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards to showcase results
  • Agility to respond quickly and manage your workload in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager experience
  • Natural problem solver and a great team player.
  • Confident in presenting and liaising with clients
  • Have a commercial mindset with a focus on results for clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A good understanding of SEO including on-page optimisation, keyword research and technical SEO (would be advantageous)
