Impactful e-newsletters for Footprints charity

When we partnered with Footprints Conductive Education Centre, we were super excited to help them drum up support for an incredibly worthwhile cause.

 

These wonderful people help children living with disabilities to reach their full potential, transforming the lives of children and their families by giving them the skills they need to thrive.

We worked closely with the Footprints team to discover exactly what they need, where they felt the gap lay, and how we can engage more supporters. We agreed that giving them the ability to create regular giving and corporate e-newsletters would be most impactful, so we put our heads together to deliver easy-to-use email templates.

We designed two templates respectively for regular givers and corporate partners, giving Footprints the power to chop and change the modules depending on their needs.

We added value by thinking about all the different touchpoints they should be talking about, from case studies to leaving a gift in your will. And by injecting design flairs, pull-out copy and photography, we were able to demonstrate techniques used to increase readability and engagement.

To get them off to a flying start, we designed and wrote their first e-newsletters, which gave them a fantastic insight into how tone of voice and impactful messaging can make all the difference. 

They absolutely loved the content, and were really happy that we nailed the language and messaging. 

It really was a pleasure to partner with them and we can’t wait to see how their e-newsletters transform supporter engagement.
