Please put your hands together for the lovely Adrianna – a creative powerhouse that keeps our studio buzzing with happy vibes. She reveals the lady behind the designer, and why authenticity, compassion and humility are more important than ever before.

If you had a personal theme song that played every time you entered a room, what would it be?
Unfinished Sympathy by Massive Attack

You’re stuck on a desert island – what three items do you bring?
My husband Scott, my toddler Rae and HRT

Any random facts about you that most people don’t know?
I have the equivalent to an A* GCSE in wine and winetasting
I used to own a Banksy print now worth over £300k
I’ve met King Charles twice

If you had to give a TED Talk tomorrow, what would it be about?
Feedback is a gift, even when it’s hard to hear. Over time I’ve learned to accept it, use it and turn it into a kind of superpower. With experience comes perspective and you learn not to sweat the small stuff.

If you could instantly teleport anywhere, where would you go?
My heart lies in Ibiza. Always.

You’re hosting a dinner party – name five people, dead or alive, who are on the invite list.
1. My hero, the artist Tracey Emin. I love everything she stands for. Not just her art, but her unapologetic attitude to both life and creativity.

2. Misan Harriman, the portrait photographer, poetic black activist and Creative Director of Somerset House.

3. Prince. Need I say more?

4. Andi Oliver for her energy and to talk food at me all evening.

5. Brad Pitt… for obvious reasons.

What’s your favourite way to start the day?
A cup of Earl Grey and snuggles with Rae.

What’s the biggest life lesson you’ve learnt?
Ah, so many! One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt is knowing your worth, especially as a female creative in a male-dominated industry. Early on, I realised that confidence doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. Just because you’re not the person shouting the loudest in the room doesn’t mean you don’t have an opinion. Sometimes being quietly confident, stepping back and reading the room is far more valuable – those qualities can sometimes make you a stronger creative.

I’ve also learnt that you don’t need to match the testosterone or play the “alpha” to succeed in the creative industry. There are many different ways to lead and contribute; there’s a quiet strength and dignity to being truly authentic.

Give us the top three things on your bucket list.
1. Visit New Zealand then Bali for a month each.
2. Live in Brighton at some point in my life!
3. Have time to create a ‘perfect day’ and actually live it

Finish the sentence:

If I won the lottery I’d [ Pay off my friends’ and family’s mortgages then build a retirement village for us all to grow old together; buy a holiday home in Ibiza; and open an art gallery. Can you tell I’ve thought about this a lot?! ].

If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be [A roast dinner with extra gravy and cauliflower cheese on the side].

If I could change one thing about the world it would be [Our tendency to keep choosing conflict over compassion. I’m an old hippie at heart, so I’ll always vote for love and peace rather than war.

Right now the world feels heavy with division and I wish we were better at choosing thoughtful, empathetic leaders instead of the same old patriarchal voices that have shaped so many of the decisions affecting our children’s future. As a parent, that’s something I think about more and more.

I’d love to see a world led with a little more humility and cooperation, where worrying about my child’s future in the UK isn’t something that even crosses my mind.].

Quick Fire Round:

Starter or dessert? Dessert

Staying in or going out? Going out

Early bird or night owl? Night owl

Live music or DJ? Ooh I love both, but House music is my life force, so I’d have to say DJ!

Time travel to the past or the future? Future – I’d love to meet my great grandchildren

From insight to impact: how we turn audience understanding into measurable results

It’s one of the most common questions we hear – and one of the hardest to answer in a single sentence. Because the honest answer is…it depends. The good news? Once you understand what drives the cost, it all starts to make a lot more sense. Intrigued? You know what to do...
